Thursday - Beef Fondue
Sirloin tips that you cook yourself in vegetable oil in a cast iron pot & served with our Ponzu, Harissa, Garlic Aioli, & Creamy Mustard dipping sauces.
Weekend 1 - Moroccan Couscous
Stewed Lamb with Root Vegetables, Collards, Chickpeas, Merguez, Marinated Currants & Harissa. (Vegetarian version available)
Weekend 2 - Beef Provencal
Beef Marinated with Green Olives, Onions, & Carrots & served with Tomato Mushroom Sauce & Steamed Zuchinni
Weekend 3 - Yassa
Senegalese dish of Chicken Marinated in Onion & Lemon served over Gingered Rice with Collards & Spicy Pili-Pili.
Weekend 4 - Beef Bonaparte
Beef Marinated in Curry & Orange Zest served over Potatoes with Truffle Mousse & Tomato Prosciutto Coulis.
Weekend 5 - Coq Au Vin
Cockerel Marinated in Red Wine, Thyme, & Juniper Berries then stewed with Mushrooms & Prunes and served with Pasta & Grapes.
Weekend 6 - Chicken Basquaise
Tomatoes, Peppers, Onion, Garlic, & chicken cooked in Butter & served over Seasoned Rice.
